the travel group. The local tour operator has the right to make adjustments to the order of the itinerary

Precautions
1. Please ensure that when registering for the tour, you accurately provide your full name and
identification numbers (a photocopy of your ID card will be kept on file), and bring valid identification
documents (ID card, household registration book, passport, Home Return Permit, etc.) when traveling, as
they are required for boarding trains and checking into hotels. If you are unable to travel due to
personal reasons, you will be held responsible.
2. It is recommended that tourists purchase travel accident insurance before departing. According to
the China Insurance Regulatory Commission, the age range for accidental insurance coverage has been
adjusted to 2-75 years old. For tourists over 70 years old, the compensation will be 50% of the total
insured amount. The total insured amount for children is capped at 100,000 yuan. Only medical expenses for
acute illnesses are covered, and no other insurance responsibilities will be assumed.
3. Please fill out the tourist feedback form carefully. The signed feedback form will serve as an
important basis for handling complaints and feedback. If there are any issues, they should be raised and
resolved promptly on-site. If they cannot be resolved immediately, they must be recorded locally;
otherwise, the travel agency will not be responsible for any issues raised after the group tour has
concluded.
4. This route does not accept registrations from pregnant women, individuals with infectious diseases
or other conditions that may endanger the health and safety of others, and tourists over 75 years old. If
any accidents occur or other losses are incurred due to the concealment of one’s health status, the
tourist will bear the responsibility, and the travel agency will not be held liable. Additionally, the
tour does not accept solo participation from special groups such as individuals over 65 years old, minors
under 18, people with disabilities, and foreign nationals. These individuals must be accompanied by
relatives, friends, guardians, or a Chinese translator to participate. Tourists over 70 years old must
provide a “Health Declaration” and sign a waiver upon registration.
